Our journey with Rasa began with a comprehensive overhaul of their existing platform. With the application of the Bootstrap framework for responsive design, Figma for high-fidelity design prototypes, and Miro for collaborative whiteboarding sessions, we embarked on a transformative process. Our strategy embraced Jake Knapp’s iterative design process, enhancing efficiency and innovation through stages of ideation, prototyping, and testing. This meticulous journey unfolded as follows:
